Question:

Is now a good time to buy a home?

Answer:

With interest rates at historic lows and a large inventory of homes for sale, now is the best time to purchase a home. As of July 2010, there are over 1,000 homes listed for sale on the Black Hills Multiple Listing Service. Contact me to find a preferred lender and I'll provide you with a list of all homes for sale in your price range.

Question:

Should I get pre-approved for a home loan before starting my search for a home?

Answer:

If you are serious about making a purchase, the answer would be yes. Having a pre-approval letter will let you know how much you can afford and you can look for homes in your respective price range knowing that you have the purchase power in place to make an offer if the right home becomes available. Question:

Is a home inspection necessary?

Answer:

Yes. You should always have a home inspection performed. The buyer has the option of whether or not to do the home inspection, but I always advise to have one performed by a licensed professional.

Question:

Can Justin ONLY show me his listings or homes that The Real Estate Group has listed?

Answer:

No, he can show you ANY home that is listed. Justin has full access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) so he can show you ANY home that is listed on the MLS and answer any questions you may have.
